Amys role is to onboard and train new franchisee owners. She makes it effortless to feel comfortable and confident when taking on a new business. Part of the training takes place in the New York headquarters, then moves into the actual franchise location. Amy works side-by-side with new franchise owners to make sure everyone has the tools they need to be successful. Since ATC Healthcare handles all back office operations, Amy shows how payroll, accounting, collections, etc. are done for you, plus shares sales skills to engage and recruit nurses.
